Daily Photos #40, 41 (4.3.10-4.4.10)

We decorated Easter eggs on Saturday.

The boys take the art of egg dying very seriously.

Look at that determination.

After egg dying, we bolted around on Pete's 110.

Yes, I may be a little jealous that Pete has a 110.  I love my (er Tom's) old 110.

Easter Sunday's weather was beautiful.
It brought all the houligans out.

You can always spot a houligan by their dark sunglasses.  It's how they hide their shifty eyes.

I guess this houligan got wise and ditched the shades.  That way he was able to sneak up on this poor girl.

She didn't have a chance.

Ok... maybe the sunglasses = houligan correlation is not always accurate.

Unless Katie's a houligan.

She might be...

Katie?

Daily Photos #37, 38, 39 (3/31/10-4/2/10)

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are all from walks around da home town.

Loved the look of this shiny, well taken care of vintage vehicle in this old, slightly worn down garage on Wednesday.

Every time I walk by this door, I stare at it.  The bright green chipped paint and the ornate door nob.  While I was photographing it Thursday, someone warned me not to stand too close.  The building is so old, it looks like it could collapse any time.

One of these days, I am going to have the guts to ask this neighbor of mine if I can get up close and personal to this old pickup of his to photograph it.  I love everything about it, and finally photographed it from the street Friday.
